Refund Policy

Proven Transformational Experience Ltd. at its sole and absolute discretion, will allow a refund or replacement of any product purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase

Customers requesting a refund or replacement after 14 days will not be accepted and rejected.

If a customer requests a refund or replacement of a product and the refund or replacement has been approved by Proven Transformational Experience Ltd. , the money for the requested transaction is returned back to the customer, in part or in full. Refunds or product replacements may be provided for as long as they are within the Proven Transformational Experience Ltd. Return Policy. The refund will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account is closed then the refund cannot be made.

When a product is returned, the customer usually receives a full refund. Due to the digital form of Proven Transformational Experience Ltd. products, when a product is returned the customer retains the product and in many cases the customer has received a benefit from the product before the return. In such cases Proven Transformational ExperienceLtd. reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price.

Our sellers are not allowed to give a guarantee that is contrary to our return policy. If you find a product sold through Proven Transformational Experience Ltd. with any warranty that conflicts with our refund policy, please let us know so that we can take corrective action.

Reasons why there is a money back guarantee or product replacement

-If the customer does not have a valid reason for the return request within 14 days of purchase

-If there is no valid reason that the seller of the product or service requests a refund or replacement on behalf of the customer within 14 days of purchase

-If the customer does not provide a valid report that the fee was illegal or unauthorized

-If the customer does not comply with the rules of the credit card industry, the rules of the ACH industry, PayPal, the terms of use of the service, the law of the United Kingdom of England and the requests verified by the justice of England.

For any other reason, Proven Transformational Experience Ltd. deems it appropriate.

Subscription Program

The cancellation of the subscription is done only by sending an email to [email protected] The money back guarantee is only valid for 14 days. The customer is then required to pay the agreed amount, according to the terms on the sales page.

Important: In the event of spy content, attempted resale or breach of the Proven Transformational Experience LTD team and community rules then you will be automatically removed from any access to Proven Transformational Experience LTD programs without any refund and will be prosecuted. In case they are used to promote your services and products then you are automatically deleted from all Proven Transformational Experience LTD programs and you have no right of return.

Seminar Date Change:

If Proven Transformational Experience LTD is forced due to force majeure or for any other reason to change the date of the seminar then the amount of the seminar payment or the amount of the advance is non-refundable.
